Draft & Designate

  • Each owner drafts a set of NBA teams.
  • Every team is tagged as either Wins or Losses — that tag decides how it scores for you.

Scoring (During the Regular Season)

  • If a team is tagged Wins, you earn 1 point for each win they rack up.
  • If a team is tagged Losses, you earn 1 point for each loss they rack up.

The One Flip Rule

  • You may flip exactly one of your teams (Wins ↔︎ Losses).
  • Deadline: Jan 11 (local time). After that, your fates are locked in.

Standings & Tie-Breakers

  • Leaderboard is ranked by total points.
  • If there’s a tie, the owner with fewer total games played (wins + losses) ranks higher until the end of the season.

Pre-Season Stuff

  • The Pre-Season Power Rankings sum each owner’s Projected Points based on Vegas O/U.
  • They’re for vibes only — preseason totals do not affect live scoring.

Season Scope

  • Regular season only. Playoffs don’t count here.
  • NBA Game Outcomes API Data refreshes daily; timestamps are shown in the app.
